Junior Chamber International East Kowloon (JCIEK) is a non-profit institution affiliated as the 12th local chapter of JCI Hong Kong. Since our establishment in 1980, we have served as a leadership training platform to encourage young people to be active citizens and create positive change in several areas including individual, international, community and business. English is the official language for our chapter and we are formed by young passionate men and women with each of them embracing their uniqueness.

As we embark on the 45th year of our esteemed organization, I am truly honored to serve as your President for 2025. This role is not merely a title; it is a deep commitment to lead, empower, and collaborate with each of you as we journey together through a year of growth and transformation.
The year ahead holds boundless possibilities and exciting opportunities. Guided by the inspiring theme of the National Board, "We Are Leaders” that care for humanity, we at JCI East Kowloon are ready to contribute wholeheartedly and support the shared vision. Our dedication to the National Board's mission for 2025 is unwavering, as we strive to make a meaningful difference in society and nurture the next generation of compassionate and visionary leaders.
Our Chapter Slogan for 2025, "Ignite Change, Unleash Potential," captures our collective belief that every individual has the power to transform and grow. This slogan represents a call to action — to spark innovation, break barriers, and unlock the potential within each of us. It’s more than just a motto; it is a guiding principle that underscores the profound journey we are undertaking together.
To all the emerging leaders among us, I encourage you to take that courageous first step. Challenge yourself to step beyond your comfort zone, embrace growth, and commit to daily improvement. The path to unleashing your full potential begins with the decision to lead, learn, and evolve.
As we look to the future, we do so with optimism and resolve. We are ready to face challenges, celebrate milestones, and most importantly, support one another in every endeavor. Together, we will create a year full of impact, both for our chapter and the wider communities we serve.

It is my pleasure and privilege to serve as the National Assigned Executive Officer for JCI East Kowloon this year.
As the saying goes, 'A single spark can start a prairie fire.' For 45 years, JCI East Kowloon has been a beacon of inspiration, enlightening young men and women to serve the community while fostering a nurturing environment where members can thrive, grow, and unlock their full potential— perfectly echoing President Ryan's theme: 'Ignite Change | Unleash Potential.'"
"We are Leaders"—the theme of JCI Hong Kong in 2025—resonates deeply with the spirit of JCI. I am genuinely excited to witness President Ryan and the Board of Directors lead their members in creating meaningful and positive impacts in our society.
With President Ryan's capable leadership, a well-thought-out yearly program, the unwavering dedication of passionate members, and the strong commitment of the entire board, I am confident that JCI East Kowloon will ignite transformative changes, not only within the JCI community but also among key stakeholders in society. Through impactful flagship projects such as the Safety Series and the Sex Education Program for pupils, the chapter will continue to drive innovation and inspire positive change throughout 2025 and will achieve extraordinary milestones.
